Biggest Loser's Bravest Thing Ever: Asking for Help

I love this moment from the finale of NBC’s Biggest Loser when finalist, Hannah, says that reaching out and asking for help was the “bravest thing she has ever done.” I usually see people talking about this life lesson in the context of reaching out for mental health services rather than weight loss, but the stigma is just as oppressive…and the courage to reach out and ask for help is just as admirable:
